Greetings!
The latest versions of RetroGuard include a fix for a problem involving certain methods and fields not being renamed, even when this renaming should have been possible. Also, the current RetroGuard release version is now displayed as part of the 'usage' message (type 'java -jar retroguard.jar' to view this).
RetroGuard-v2.1.2 (commercial) and v2.0.5 (GPL) Changes
- Fixed an interaction between negation commands (!class / !method / !field) and certain multiple inheritance graphs that caused a non-fatal failure to rename some methods and fields, when renaming should be possible.
- Added display of version number to RetroGuard usage message.
RetroGuard Dual Licensing
RetroGuard-v2 is offered under dual licensing:
- For commercial users, a commercial license and support agreement is available, currently priced at US$139/year. This license provides commercial support for RetroGuard and assures a standard of performance for the software.
- For non-commercial users, a GPL (GNU General Public License) version of RetroGuard is available. This can also be used by commercial users during evaluation.
